Set in the picturesque surrounds of the Royal Park precinct in Melbourne, YPCC is a great place to play cricket. Established in 1875, we have a strong community focus and encourage inclusiveness and participation by players at all levels of talent.
YPCC offers players:

Competitive and Enjoyable Cricket

YPCC fields seven senior men's teams that play on Saturday or Sunday afternoons in the Mercantile Cricket Association and two senior women's teams that play a modified social T20 on Sunday afternoons in the North West Metropolitan Cricket Association. All men's teams play on turf and the women's a mixture of turf and synthetic. Home games are less than 5km from the heart of Melbourne (see
map). YPCC has strong standards of on and off field conduct and performance. See our Code of Conduct for further detail.

Our junior program includes:
- Junior Blasters Cricket for 5-8 year olds (boys and girls)
- competition teams for boys and girls:
    - under 10 (boys and girls)
    - under 12 (girls only)
    - under 12 (boys and girls)
    - under 16 (girls only)
    - under 14 and 16.

Senior and Junior Coaching Program

YPCC offers high quality coaching to both senior and junior players
. YPCC also promotes paid private coaching of senior and junior players to club members.

Excellent Cricket Training, Match Day and Club Facilities

YPCC has training and match day facilities that are among the best in Melbourne. Our training nets are state-of-the-art, our grounds are drought-proof with innovative stormwater systems and our modern pavilion is a relaxing place from which to view the cricket and a friendly place in which to socialise.
